At Perfume Store, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and gently tested fragrances.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original designer box and use protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the fragrance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
