Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all fragrances sold on our platform are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter for daytime wear.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations occur.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that because perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, shipping times may vary due to specific customs regulations for hazardous materials.
What is your return policy for fragrances?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed.
Can I get samples before committing to a full bottle?
Yes, we offer 2ml and 5ml sample decants for most of our luxury and niche fragrances so you can test the scent on your skin before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
